Scotty made a snowy-morning breakfast.
I had a leftover pie crust, and wanted to find a way to use it! So I grabbed this recipe from the internet and whooped it up.
A couple of changes I made:
- Chorizo turkey sausage, because that’s what I had. It made it kind-of a Mexican sausage breakfast pie.
- Cooked the sausage with some onion
- Added green onions to the egg mixture.
My lack of pie crust skills is once again very apparent. But it tasted good!
